Hydrogel Creation: Varying Calcium Carbonate Concentration
Based on observations of the preliminary hydrogel sample, four concentrations of calcium carbonate were chosen to compare tensile properties and choose a concentration to use for the final prototype. The concentrations desired were 6, 7, 8, and 9 g/L.Calculations

One dosage of ibuprofen is 400mg. This is the amount of ibuprofen we would like to be contained in a 6cm by 5cm patch.
400mg = 0.4g
